Our Story
From one hive
to a thousand jars.
It started with a single hive, two sisters, and the kind of obsession that turns into a life's work. We built our apiary on the edge of Essex County — where the air still smells like clover and the land is patient.
Every variety in our collection is harvested raw, handled minimally, and poured directly into jars. No blending, no heating, no shortcuts. What you taste is exactly what the bees made.

The Collection
Five varieties.
One apiary.
Our Signature
Wildflower Raw
Gathered from Kingsville's wildflower meadows through the height of summer. Lightly filtered, never heated. Every jar is a portrait of our particular stretch of Essex County — the clover fields, the lakeside winds, the unhurried bloom.
Pairs well with
Aged cheddar · Earl Grey tea · Fresh sourdough
$14
Bold & Restorative
Buckwheat Dark
The boldest variety in our collection. Dense, dark, and intensely flavored — buckwheat honey carries more antioxidants than any other variety we make. A spoonful in your morning coffee is something you will not unlearn.
Pairs well with
Blue cheese · Dark roast coffee · Oat porridge
$16
Smooth & Spreadable
Creamed Clover
Raw wildflower honey, slow-churned to a velvety, spreadable consistency. No additives, no heating — just patience. The texture is a revelation: smooth as cultured butter, light as whipped cream. The jar that never makes it to the cupboard.
Pairs well with
Fresh bread · Brie · Chamomile tea
$13
Limited Release
Lavender Infused
Wildflower honey gently warmed with dried lavender sourced from a nearby Essex County grower. Floral without being perfumed, sweet without being cloying. Made in small batches. When it is gone, it is gone.
Pairs well with
Goat cheese · Chamomile · Lemon tart
$18
Heat & Honey
Chili Wildflower
Our wildflower honey with dried chili — a slow burn that builds beautifully. Start with pizza and end with everything else. This one started as a joke in the kitchen and became the jar everyone fights over.
Pairs well with
Pizza · Halloumi · Aged gouda
$17
The Process
From meadow
to your table.
Forage
Bees gather nectar from wildflower meadows across Essex County through the warmest months of the year.
Extract
Frames are removed by hand. Honey is extracted cold — never heated above the temperature of the hive.
Filter
Lightly strained to remove wax and debris. Nothing else removed. Enzymes, pollen, and nutrients intact.
Pour
Jarred and sealed within 48 hours of extraction. Each batch hand-labelled with the harvest date.
Pairing Guide
Honey belongs
everywhere.
Wildflower Raw · Buckwheat Dark
Cheese & Honey
Wildflower on aged cheddar, buckwheat on blue — the classic pairing done without shortcuts. Let the honey sit at room temperature before you drizzle.
Try: aged cheddar · brie · stilton
Creamed Clover · Lavender Infused
In Your Cup
Creamed clover dissolves silently into chamomile. Lavender in Earl Grey is the kind of morning ritual you invent and then wonder how you lived without.
Try: chamomile · Earl Grey · cortado
Chili Wildflower · Buckwheat Dark
Cook & Bake
Chili wildflower in a pizza glaze. Buckwheat stirred into a marinade. Wildflower whisked into salad dressing. Honey belongs in every part of the meal.
